Allied Trade Group is a building and construction company focused on professional project management, quality construction and coordinated trade delivery. We work across commercial, residential and high-end building projects, providing clients with a single point of responsibility from planning through to completion.

How we work

We act as the central point of responsibility on every project, coordinating timelines, contractors, materials, site access, quality and communication. Clients deal with one team, and every trade on site works to a clear, managed programme.

Our network

Allied Trade Group works with a network of pre-qualified subcontractors and specialist trades, selected for their reliability, workmanship and relevant project experience. Selected works can also be delivered directly by our own team.

Our approach to building is simple. Over the years, we’ve found that clients are just relieved to find a trade company who actually communicates with them. With 25 years in the construction industry, Lucus heads up the project management and client relations side of the business. After spending the last six years as an Operations Manager in the commercial building industry, he knows exactly what it takes to keep a project running smoothly, on time, and on budget. He teamed up with Rob because they share the exact same values and work ethic: communicate clearly, never cut corners, and hold everything to a meticulous standard. Lucus’s main focus is making sure you always know exactly what is happening with your build so you can actually enjoy the process. By tightly managing the logistics and timelines, he guarantees that the promises made to you on day one are exactly what gets delivered.

Rob is a qualified carpenter with 30 years of experience across both commercial and domestic builds. As the lead on-site, he is the one turning the plans into reality. Having worked alongside Lucus for years, the two realized they made a great team because they approach the job exactly the same way: with an uncompromising eye for detail and exceptional service. With three decades on the tools, Rob has seen and built it all. He is known for remaining completely calm under pressure and handling complex builds with ease. When the inevitable challenges of construction occur, he always has a practical solution ready to go. Most importantly, Rob will never sacrifice structural integrity for the sake of speed. His relentless attention to detail ensures the day-to-day execution is highly efficient and the final finish is always spot on.
